| This 11 location, two line, RJ11 harmonica-style twisted pair Module is used for connecting and distributing voice and data. The 12/2 Telephone Module has twelve (12) RJ11 ports, supports two (2) incoming telephone lines, and includes an Amphenol or Telco connector on the back that allows easy interface with a telephone Key System Unit (KSU). The Amphenol or Telco connector is equipped with a shorting block that converts it for use with Plain Old Telephones (POTS) lines. The 12/2 includes surge suppression. | |||||||||

| Professional installers will sometimes buy one of these so that they can install the "can" before running wires. Then, when they buy the complete QuickNetwork package later, they will keep the can that comes with that system to use for the next job.
